RAILWAYS OUTSIDE THE UK

This collection shows some of the locos, trains and stations I have nosed around when on my travels.

First we have BUDAPEST in Hungary in December 2005.
This station was like stepping back in time,which was especially strange as it was right next to a super modern shopping mall.

Next is COLOGNE Germany visited in December 2004.
New hi-tech stations and trains operate here with good national and local coverage.

And then we have VANCOUVER in Canada in October 2004.
Here there are wonderfully restored station buildings and trains departing for destinations across Canada.

MALAGA in Spain was February 2006
ROME in Italy..... February 2007
