5224 [recently arrived at the railway]

There was a display by a spitfire and hurricane at Ropley station. However, is this worthwhile to organise in the future, since the event was at 4pm, was at quite a height and not close to the station. Health and safety issues again? Surely a run along the track would be much better.

Strange, since on the exact same day, after the Trooping of the Colour in London, an impressive display of aircraft flew over thousands of people along The Mall and right over Buckingham Palace, where the Queen and guests were standing on the balcony. One rule for most and another for the select few?
