Arriving too early for the free car park at High Rocks, which was locked till after 10am, 65 Southern passed the remains of the old halt, on it's way to Groombridge.

Just after 10 it returned past the same spot back to Tunbridge Wells via High Rocks.

As we arrived at Tunbridge Wells West behind 65, 47493 Jinty was steaming in the yard.

The Spa Valley Railway runs for 3½ miles through the picturesque Kentish Weald countryside between the town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and the village of Groombridge, stopping off in between at High Rocks.
