SATURDAY 14.APRIL 2007

This weekend was hot and sunny and just what the members wanted. All the mud was gone and the ground around Horsted Keynes Station was hard and dry again. So much better for the enthusiasts.

GOODS TRAIN ONE
This was made up of pregrouping wagons from the London Brighton and South Coast Railway and the South Eastern and Chatham Railway.

This train was hauled by
55 'Stepney' and
672 'Fenchurch'

GOODS TRAIN TWO
This was made up of wagons from the Southern Railway and other companies such as the London Midland and Scottish Railway.

Two new wagons made their debut at this event thanks to volunteers who have restored them at Horsted Keynes.

were hauled by

VINTAGE BRITISH RAILWAY VEHICLES
were on display outside Horsted Keynes Station.
They re-created deliveries of goods locally.
